Information you choose to provide

When you email, call, request a showing or consultation, register for property alerts, complete a home-search questionnaire, request a builder match, market report, or valuation, or submit another inquiry, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, property or community interests, price range, lifestyle and home preferences, project budget, land status, preferred appointment timing, representation status, and the details you include. We use that information to respond, create or refine the requested search, coordinate the requested real estate service, manage the relationship, and maintain appropriate business records.

Inquiry delivery

Website forms use FormSubmit to forward your inquiry to kelligrahamrealty@gmail.com and send an acknowledgment to the email you provide. FormSubmit processes the submitted fields, including contact details, property information, timing, message, consent and campaign attribution, and retains submissions for 30 days under its service terms. Its verification step helps reduce automated submissions. Your acknowledgment is a submission copy, not an email-ownership verification or a confirmed appointment. Selling-plan requests and experiments

A personalized selling plan is prepared after a personal discussion; it is not an instant automated valuation. A preferred consultation time is only a request until Kelli confirms it. This seller funnel does not subscribe you to automated marketing texts. We store a random headline version and non-identifying request reference in your browser session to maintain a consistent experience and associate related requests. Submitted inquiries include the version and campaign parameters so we can assess inquiry quality. Optional analytics events are sent only when you allow analytics, without names, emails, phone numbers or property addresses. You can decline analytics and still submit a request.

Website and measurement information

With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics to understand visits, page views, general device and browser information, approximate location, referring sources, and interactions such as link clicks. We use this information to improve the website, understand which local and real estate content is useful, and measure inquiries. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or inquiry details to Google Analytics. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

How information may be shared

Information may be shared with service providers that support website hosting, lead management, communications, analytics, or transaction services; with professionals you authorize; or when required by law. We do not sell personal information. Real estate transactions may require separate notices, agreements, and disclosures.

Your choices

You may allow or decline optional analytics when the website asks. Your selection is stored on your device. You may also ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements, or ask us to stop non-transactional marketing communications.
